Introduction – Who and what is Relative Help?

Hello, my name is Tracy, I own and run Relative Help.

Working with the older population in my community for almost 18 years and seeing so many people struggling, has inspired me to create this business.

I am DBS checked and fully insured.

My aim to help people get out and about, to any appointments, GP, hospital, hairdressers, opticians, dentist, wherever it may be….

Helping you get out and about.

Are you or a family member needing help or support that is unavailable through other channels?

I have a passion for helping our older members of the community get more out of their daily lives.

I offer custom weekly packages or one off assistance.

Doctors Surgery, Hairdressers, Shopping Trips, Hospital appointment, coffee trip to meet a friend, or just a walk in the park.

I can help support you getting out and about, or offer a listening ear.

No one’s situation will be the same, so please feel free to contact me to discuss and tell me what you require. We can arrange a meeting to discuss requirements and quotes free of charge.

If what you want isn’t offered here please contact me and I can offer other things too, as simple as unpacking deliveries to emptying the dishwasher.
Collecting medication from Pharmacies, or ordering your medication.

I would thoroughly recommend Tracy. She's pleasant, practical, hard working and very patient. When I've been well enough she's taken me on wheelchair outings to supermarkets, a garden centreand even a pub. Tracy has also taken me to a hospital appointment and for Covid and Flu jabs. She has even helped me get into the village on my mobility scooter, which was helpful. When I've not been well enough to get out she's helped me with all sorts of things about the house and is really good company.

Great Service Provider

Tracy has been great with my mum, accompanying her with walking her dog, helping keep a check on meds and having a chat over a coffee. Tracy provides an update after each visit which is much appreciated. Highly recommend this service.

Great Help to the Mother in Law

We used this service for my Mother-in-Law to help with with simple day to day tasks and supporting help with the welfare of her dog and to access wider community facilities. In not the easiest of circumstances Tracey demonstrated empathy and a person centred approach around my mother-in-laws needs. Tracey was always pleasant and reliable but most of all respectful and trustworthy. You really couldn't ask for a better service.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value

I've been housebound due to illness for quite a while and am just starting to get out and about. Tracy had been an absolute star! She's pleasant, practical and very patient. We've been on enjoyable wheelchair outings to a supermarket and a garden centre. Tracy has also taken me to a hospital appointment. She has even helped me get into the village on my mobility scooter, which was very helpful.

I'd recommend Tracy to anyone who needs to get out but is disabled, or even could just do with a bit of company.

GREAT SERVICE! Tracy is an incredibly kind and caring caregiver who has been a tremendous support to my mother-in-law. She's not only trustworthy but also a lifeline for hospital appointments and shoppingtrips. Her ability to assist those with mobility challenges is invaluable. We are so grateful for her dedication.
